This policy explains how BSF LLC ("we," "us"), which operates adamandweed.com ("Adam & Weed"), handles your information. Effective October 14, 2026.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for our emails.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and referring site. This comes from our hosting provider's logs and from Google Analytics.
- Messages you send us, such as emails.
Quiz answers and tools stay on your device. Answers to the Find Your Match quiz and inputs to tools like the edible clock are processed in your browser. We don't store them.
We don't knowingly collect sensitive health information, and we ask that you don't send it to us.
How we use it
- To send emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which guides are useful and improve the site.
- To respond to your messages.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Cookies and similar technology
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Google Analytics 4 uses your IP address to estimate that location and, according to Google, does not log or store it. Google explains how it handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We also use cookies or similar technology to track affiliate purchases (for example, Amazon sets cookies when you click an Amazon link). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider, email service, and analytics provider (Google), and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-party sites
Our pages link to other sites, including sources and retailers like Amazon. Their privacy practices are their own. Please read their policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@adamandweed.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. We won't discriminate against you for using them.
Age requirement
Adam & Weed is intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the date at the top when we do.
